Forest Bathing , originating in Japan and known as “Shinrin-yoku”, became extremely popular, later spreading throughout the world due to the numerous benefits felt by its practitioners.
YOGA , an ancient practice and tradition of union between body and mind, but also of union between the individual and the whole. It is a practice that transforms an agitated and unconscious mind into a calm and meditative mind. From the matter of the physical body to the subtlety of the mental body, the practitioner achieves plenitude.
The combined practice of YOGA and FOREST BATHING is an experience that transforms a simple moment in nature into something truly therapeutic.
