Routine is important, but...

We need to calibrate the speed at which we move. The planet needs this, and so do we. Routine is important, but only if it serves us.

Only when we do less, produce better, or at least learn to do it differently, will we be able to get things right. Ours with those of Earth.

We need to slow down, and in most cases, we don't know how. It's difficult when we're inside a structure that doesn't see itself. Sometimes structures have to collapse so that new, better-fitting ones can find space to emerge.

Take the day slowly, creating our own rhythm, in our gestures and thoughts. There is no time other than what we ourselves decide. Everything else is an illusion, imposed by the world, by others and most of the time by ourselves.

Believe me, the world adjusts.
