There is a pattern that repeats itself.

Throughout my career I have followed different training groups. And there is a pattern that repeats itself.
Different people. Different paths. Completely distinct areas. Some very rational, others more intuitive. Some already connected to nature, others not so much.
And something curious happens when professionals leave their usual context and enter this type of experience:
Certain moments begin to repeat themselves.
16 things I'm starting to notice
They arrive alone, and their introductions are timid at first.
Breathing and posture begin to change.
Moments of resistance that are gradually fading away.
Insights that emerge where you least expect them.
More desire to observe.
They discover that they don't need as many "tools" as they thought.
They are beginning to trust more in what is simple and what was already there.
Something changes without much explanation.
Small conversations that last.
The hugs last a long time at the end.
They return to work with a different perspective.
They realize that the journey doesn't end here — it's only the beginning.
They begin exchanging books and synergies.
Ideas continue to circulate.
New projects are starting.
New partnerships are emerging.
Sometimes you don't need to have certainties. Or definitive answers.
Just a small deviation from the usual. A new context to observe what emerges when perspective is gained.
Between staying in the same position or risking a different approach,
There's always something that comes to light — also in your professional life.
